About the practice

Rehabilitation that comes to your front door

B2B Rehab was built on a simple idea. The people who most need rehabilitation are often the people who find it hardest to get to a clinic.

So we bring the clinic with us. Accredited exercise physiology, delivered in your living room, your garage, your workplace or your local park, with all the equipment your program needs carried in the back of the car. For clients who would rather train somewhere set up for it, we work out of Dandaloo Sports Ground in Kanahooka, and telehealth appointments are available anywhere in Australia.

That work is not limited to injury and illness. The same testing and programming drives performance: return to sport after an injury, strength and conditioning, technique coaching and load management for athletes and everyday lifters who want to train hard without breaking down again.

  • One hour appointments
  • Same clinician every visit
  • Written program after visit one
  • Reports back to your GP
  • Telehealth available Australia wide
  • No referral needed to start

What we do

Exercise physiology for every stage of recovery

From an acute injury through to long term condition management, every program is built around your goals, your history and the equipment you actually have access to.

We come to you

B2B Rehab visits you wherever you feel most comfortable. Whether that is at home, at the office, in an aged care residence or at your local park, our mobile exercise physiology service covers the Illawarra, Wollongong and South Sydney.

Suburbs we regularly visit

Wollongong, Port Kembla, Figtree, Unanderra, Corrimal, Thirroul, Bulli, Woonona, Fairy Meadow, Dapto, Kanahooka, Horsley, Shellharbour, Albion Park, Kiama, Helensburgh, Sutherland Shire and South Sydney.

Come to our space

If you do not have a suitable space at home, or you would simply rather train somewhere set up for it, come to us. We work out of Dandaloo Sports Ground in Kanahooka, with the room and the equipment for assessment, strength work, rehabilitation and running based testing.

  • Training base Dandaloo Sports Ground, 336 Kanahooka Rd, Kanahooka NSW 2530
  • Opening hours Monday to Saturday, 7:00am - 7:00pm. By appointment only.

Meet us online

Telehealth appointments run over secure video for clients outside our driving range, those away for work, and anyone short on time. Assessment, program design, reviews and technique coaching all work well on a screen.

  • Available anywhere in Australia
  • Claimable through DVA, NDIS and most funds
  • No app to install, just a link to click
How it works

Four steps from first call to lasting results

1

Book online, any time

Use the booking form on this site day or night. Tell us what is going on, where you would like to be seen and when suits you. We confirm the details with you directly.

2

Initial assessment

A one hour visit at your home, at our Kanahooka training base or online by telehealth. We take a full history, test strength, range and function, and explain in plain language what is driving the problem.

3

Your program

You leave the first session with a written program built around your goals, your equipment and your schedule, not a generic handout.

4

Progress and review

We supervise, adjust the load as you improve, retest along the way and report back to your GP, insurer or support coordinator when that is part of your funding.

Client feedback

Satisfied patients

Elias is passionate and motivating and cares about his clients. He even noticed one session when I was having a bad day and stopped to talk to me, showing compassion for my issues.

Wylie, Illawarra

Eli was very comforting. He referred me on for diagnosis and then provided me with a home exercise program. Definitely recommend.

Sophie, South Sydney

Eli treated my 15 year old son for neck pain, and within three sessions he relieved my son's pain. He provided education around sports performance and weight training which was great.

Simone, Wollongong
Questions

Frequently asked questions

B2B Rehab is a mobile exercise physiology service, which means we visit you or your patient in the comfort of your own home or another location that suits you. Everything needed for the session travels with us.

Simply make a booking using the online booking system on this site and we will reach out to confirm the details. If you would rather train somewhere set up for it, our training base at Dandaloo Sports Ground, 336 Kanahooka Rd, Kanahooka NSW 2530 is available by appointment, and we also run appointments online by telehealth.

We travel across Wollongong, the Illawarra, Shellharbour and South Sydney. That includes Wollongong, Kanahooka, Dapto, Port Kembla, Figtree, Corrimal, Thirroul, Shellharbour, Kiama and the southern Sydney suburbs.

If you are just outside those areas, get in touch anyway. We will tell you honestly whether we can reach you, and telehealth appointments are available anywhere in Australia.

An accredited exercise physiologist is a university qualified allied health professional who uses clinical exercise to treat injury, chronic disease and disability. We are recognised by Medicare, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the NDIS, private health funds and workers compensation insurers.

Where a physiotherapist often focuses on hands on treatment in the early stage of an injury, exercise physiology focuses on the rebuilding phase: restoring strength, movement, capacity and confidence so the problem does not keep coming back. The two work well together, and we will refer you on when hands on treatment or imaging is the right next step.

It is not only for injury and illness either. The same testing and programming is used for performance: return to sport after an injury, strength and conditioning blocks, technique coaching and managing training load so you can push hard without breaking down again.

Gold and White Card holders are fully funded. Ask your GP for a D904 allied health referral naming exercise physiology, then send it through to us. We bill the Department of Veterans Affairs directly, so there is no payment, no gap and no claiming on your part.

A standard referral covers up to twelve sessions in twelve months, and we come to your home anywhere in the Illawarra, so there is no clinic to drive to and no waiting room. If you are not sure what to ask your doctor for, call us on 0424 234 282 and we will walk you through it.

We work with plan managed and self managed participants. Exercise physiology is usually funded under Improved Daily Living or Improved Health and Wellbeing, and it does not come out of your core supports.

You will get a service agreement up front, sessions at home or in the community rather than in a clinic, and progress reports written so they can be used at your plan review. We are happy to take referrals straight from support coordinators, plan managers and allied health teams.
